Want to make a slight change or choose a new shade? Your colorist can adjust your next custom formulation to fit your needs.
To leave a color comment for your colorist:
- Log in and go to My Account in the upper-right corner of the screen. On mobile, this menu will be found at the top left of the screen.
- Select "Adjust color" and confirm that you would like to adjust your color.
- Tell your colorist how you would like to adjust your formulation.
- Optional: Upload a photo of your current hair color for your colorist to review.
- Click "Send to Colorist".
You'll receive an email confirming receipt of your requested change. Before it ships, your colorist will review your comment and apply any changes.
