To upload a photo:
- Log in and go to My Hair Color in the upper-right corner of the screen.
- Select "Pictures".
- Click on the "+" icon and follow the prompts to upload your picture.
NOTE: In order to create the best custom hair color, your colorist needs to be able to see your hair clearly. We think the best photos are taken in natural daylight or in a well-lit room, and will show both your roots and length of hair. Avoid submiting black & white photos (we need to see your current color!), or photos that have been altered in any way.
If you're new to our site, fill out a Color Profile to get started. It's a quick and easy color questionnaire that helps a colorist to get a full understanding of your hair history, needs, and ultimate color goal. You'll also have the opportunity to securely submit a current photo, so we can craft a custom blend that's just right for you.
